Take a Load Off

The Fine Print:

• Laundry Pick Up & Drop Off times are between the hours of 7 AM - 8:30 AM / M-F

• Laundry must be ready and waiting at the scheduled pick up time to ensure productivity flow.

• We only accept cash, a check, Cash App, or PayPal payment methods. If you cannot pay via one of these methods, we cannot serve you at this time.

• To the T. is not responsible for any items before pick up or after delivery.

• There is a 15 lb. minimum laundry weight for our services. 

• Order Cancellations are accepted at least 1 hour prior to scheduled pick up time. If our time is not considered, there will be a $20 deposit implemented on future laundry services.

• To the T. is not responsible for normal wear & tear on garments.

• Please consider our driver and keep pets inside/pinned on scheduled service times.

• Laundry orders will be weighed digitally without the weight of the bag/hamper provided.

• Once weight is logged, the total amount due for services will be relayed to the client via text message.

• Payment is due on or before the scheduled delivery morning. *No Payment = No Delivery*

• Despite sanitization procedures, traces of detergents, softeners, etc. can remain.

• To the T. employee will be in contact via text from start to finish with your order processing.

• Unless opted out, laundry processes & items may be filmed/photographed for marketing, social media & advertising purposes.

• If there are allergy issues, we are happy to wash your laundry using your provided detergents/softeners/dryer sheets if you so prefer. Prices will not change.

• If you want finer garments hung, please provide hangers. Also, if you are requesting items be hung.. Even though they will be loosely bagged, please try to be home for scheduled delivery so that we don't have to lay the hung garments down.

• Rush 24 hour laundry turnaround services can be arranged for a $30 additional fee.

• Our services are FCFS. Clients will be placed on the schedule based on availability.

• Unpaid orders will be held for 14 days. After that time the items are subject to being sold, donated or kept.

• To the T. has any and all rights to refuse service.

• Missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours.

• Eligible replacements must not exceed $500.00

• Items are inspected for stains but can be missed. Stains are not guaranteed to be dissolved.

• All laundry correspondence should be made via text message only for confirmation purposes.

• We only serve Keystone Heights, FL - Additional travel fee's can be discussed for areas outside 32656
